If you choose to rent a storage unit with us, we will ask you to review and complete a rental agreement for the unit. Your security deposit and first month’s rent are required at the time the rental agreement is signed.
We offer a wide variety of storage unit sizes including outdoor storage spaces. Our smaller units work well for storing boxes and small household items. Our medium units work well for storing furniture or a vehicle. Our large units can store a vehicle or boat. We are able to assist you in deciding what unit is best for your needs.

Our facilities, along with most self-storage facilities, does not provide insurance on the items in your storage unit. Your homeowners or renters policy may cover your items in your storage unit. Please contact your insurance agent or review your insurance policy.
No, Flood Storage provides a lock for each storage unit.
Yes, our rental agreement describes all restrictions in detail. Common items that cannot be stored are: food, perishable items, hazardous wastes, flammables, explosives, etc. Please contact us if you have questions on storing a specific item.
- Stack your boxes or containers so that you can see the labels.
- Keep an aisle open to make reaching the back of your unit easier.
- Cover the flooring of your unit with a protective sheet or tarp.
- Maximize your available space by filling open items with boxes.
- Wedge the doors open on appliances while they are in storage.
- Stack items and boxes together of similar size to save space.
